Ashley brings over a decade of dedicated experience as a psychologist and holds the distinction of being a Board Approved Supervisor. Specialising in Depression, Anxiety, Stress Management, Grief and Loss, Drug and Alcohol concerns, Self-Care, and Improving Communication, she offers a comprehensive approach to mental health care.

Ashley’s therapeutic toolkit includes EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and integrates Mindfulness, ensuring a personalised treatment plan tailored to each client’s unique needs.
