  • Effective 1 November 2025, our clinic will bulk bill all non-referred GP consultations (standard/in-person and telephone) for patients with a valid Medicare card.

No gap fees apply to these Medicare-eligible services.

  • Private fees apply for patients without a valid Medicare card and for services not covered by Medicare (e.g. certain procedures, forms, and consumables).
  • Telehealth is available where clinically appropriate and Medicare eligibility criteria are met.
  • Please note that non-attendance at your appointment will incur a $25.00 no-show fee. Any outstanding missed-appointment fees must be paid before booking future appointments. If you are unable to attend, kindly call at least 4 hours before your appointment so we can offer your slot to another patient.
